February 21, 2025Apartment is spacious and clean. Having a gym is nice but a few of the machines are broken. Parking spots fill up very quickly and can be frustrating when trying to get home. Maintenance is not the best and they have very unprofessional language. Walls are thin so you can hear everything but neighbors are welcoming. February 14, 2025As long-time (10 years) resident, I can continue to say how pleased I am with Arrive. Management is engaged in upkeep of community and attentive to maintenance calls. They sponsor periodic social events around holidays and other themes of interest. Love the location - convenient to lots of retail outlets, food stores, and major roads into Philly and Wilmington. December 18, 2024Nice community, great location. Property Management is pretty good. Parking is a challenge after 8pm, walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Most apartments were remodeled but they still have an older vibe and not really "luxury" like. Rent is not commensurable for what you get.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024Moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Very nicely remodeled with lots of space. The office staff have always been kind and helpful. The pool is a great place to go during the summer. There’s plenty of seating and tables.Property Manager Responded
