July 11, 2024Front Desk and Garbage 1. There is ann older lady at the front desk. A lot of the time she comes off as if she’s irritated or simply does not like her job. Even when I smile at her she doesn’t smile back and it’s just not welcoming. When she calls up for guests or food deliveries , it’s not a pleasant experience…. The trash is a huge problem as it’s been backed up several times and just left in the hallways. I’d love to see this issue handled better. Thanks!Property Manager Responded
