Simply Lovely
February 1, 2025Lived here for a little over a year. Every problem you could have gets resolved and fixed in a timely manner. Gym and pool was renovated in late 2024 and looks absolutely stunning. (The new owners are making sure everything is of high quality and are willing to pay for quality and comfort for all us residents) Neighbors are also nice and respectful of quiet hours. Overall, I would reccomend any friends to live here.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024My new home is lovely. Maintenance is on top of making the homes look better. I would prefer if accuracy was more part of the process. Home looks great but up close i see a few flaws. For instance, one of the outlets in my new home is inoperable because the outlet was covered completely with paint. The laundry facility that was brand new when I moved in, in October, is now not functioning properly. Many machines are now inoperableProperty Manager Responded

October 27, 2024Staff is pretty responsive but a little disorganized. Maintenance crew is a little sloppy. New upgrades being made are nice, but others need to be done. Like everywhere in California, rent is definitely overpriced.Property Manager Responded

October 5, 2024So far, so good! Office staff is very helpful. It’s very quiet, too. One downfall, I have noticed some of the dog owners do not pick up after their 4 legged babies. I’m hoping that is a few isolated incidents. Oops, almost forgot, our shower does not have a shower head. No problem, we will purchase a hand held one. July 31, 2024I have loved living at Arrive Laurie Lane. Such a peaceful great place to live. I’ve spent the past year here and was eager to resign my lease.
