Haven't had too many issues with noise, although sometimes you can hear people from upstairs if they step really loud. Also very limited parking availability. DO NOT RENT HERE
March 4, 2024I moved out in August 2023, and submitted my final payment via a money order at the request of the office manager. Despite being given confirmation from two different staff members that I was good to go, I received a call in December that Arrive had sent my final payment to collections. Despite speaking with the current office manager and providing proof of payment, I am now entering my third month of dispute with debt collectors over less than $200 that was already paid. Please save yourself the ...headache and do not live here.Property Manager Responded
