December 11, 2024Annual rent increases are continuously too high. Amenities are good, but be prepared to pay for them year after year. Rent increases are routinely 10%.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2024One of the better apartments I have been in. maintenance is friendly. the dog park is usually clean and residents are good at sharing the space. The apartments themselves are spacious. The only downside is that the private beach area isn't cleaned up often enough.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2024Great community and area. Would highly recommend if you’d like to live somewhere peaceful. The staff here are amazingly efficient and friendly. There is plenty to do around here - lake fishing, dog park, beach swimming and the team here hosts little community events often. Our only downfall would be that our apartment is located in a noisier spot than most. Still would highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
