January 19, 2025I have lived at Arrive Noba for about four months now and I have no complaints. The location is great is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and workout classes. July 26, 2024It is a solid apartment for the price! The amenities are simple (small gym, rooftop lounge with grill and covering table, and parking garage w/waitlist), the appliances are function albeit slightly older and require cleaning prior to using, and management is kind and response. Most of the time, maintenance fixed issues quickly, but they did leave a mess after they fixed the problem a couple of times. June 9, 2024The apartments themselves are very nice and they offer a gym and rooftop with seating and a grill but by far the best thing about this place is the community, the staff is friendly, work at your convenience and with great efficiency.
