January 7, 2025It is a nice peaceful place to stay. The management is helpful and the maintenance guys are great.The only reason can not give 5 starts. The Marijuana smoking is still an on going problem.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025I have lived in this community for two years and I must say the only downside is the bugs, spiders, doors, windows and people smoking. The apartment complex is a non smoking community and it's in the lease, I just wish people would follow the rules in the lease. The other issue is the windows and doors they need to be replace for the amount of rent being charged we should have secure doors and windows not temporary fix and the issue is still there. I would stay another year as i am downsizing ...to a one bedroom but the price is just too high. Overall quite community I enjoy the park and location of stores and restaurants.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2024I’ve really enjoyed living at Arrive for going on nearly nine years now. The front office is great to work with and is extremely friendly and professional. The Maintenance team is top-notch with their quick friendly turnaround times on any issue I may have experienced. The amenities are phenomenal as well as the upkeep of the buildings and landscaping.
