December 19, 2025This apartment complex seemed to be away from the busy streets highway so it's quiet, much less traffic coming in / out of the area. Lobby doors are locked so it's create a secured feel.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love the proximity to Valley Forge and the Schuylkill Trail. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it is resolved typically within 24 hours, sometimes even less. The staff is always warm and friendly, and they provide a fun environment all year long for the residents, with numerous activities each month. October 6, 2025So far my experience here has been great. I just moved on October 1st and still exploring the area. I enjoy the open space with my kitchen and living room, having a balcony is a huge plus. I enjoy the close proximity of the river and trails. I like that there are two dog parks, even though I don’t have a dog anymore. I know there’s a gated play area for them outside for when I do adopt again.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2025Overall, my experience has been positive so far. The neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office staff has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate.
