March 15, 2025What you see online doesn't really do this place justice. I've lived in apartments for the past 15 years, and this is by far the best maintained community. Arrive Wakaba is actively renovating, improving, and upgrading the facilities, which is a huge plus. The community is clean; all public spaces are spotless, safe, warm, and inviting. Location is perfect too, as it is a stone's throw away 3 grocery marts, Weller Court, and a ton of restaurants and things to do. Union Station is nearby for ...easy travel, and getting to Burbank Airport is a breeze.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025I recently moved into Arrive Wakaba and found the staff, particularly Ariel and Mihai, very helpful and responsive throughout the whole moving in process from tour to getting my keys! The amenities are incredible here, but I think what makes this place stand out are the incredible upgrades to the rooms, including keyless locks, great appliances, Amazon hub, lockers, nest thermostats, and convenient app experience for paying rent. I’m super happy to be at Wakaba and look forward to the months ...ahead as a new resident!Property Manager Responded

November 27, 2024I've been living at the Wakaba for four years and it's been a fantastic experience. The amenities are wonderful and the building is clean, secure, and quiet. Can't beat the location in Little Tokyo. I highly recommend this spot to anyone interested in living in downtown LA.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024the apartment and community are good, and clean , we like the new security point and we hope to increase our usage for the communal spaces in summer and holidays until 11pm, otherwise our only and latest concern is the increasing utilities bills every month since we start our leaseProperty Manager Responded

November 10, 2024From first contact about info and pricing, to touring, and through to after the move in process, I've had an amazing time here at Wakaba so far! All of the leasing agents and people in the office are a great help, they are so kind and friendly and ready to help with anything. Elle has been the best help! November 24, 2024Spacious and large apartments located in the center of Little Tokyo and within walking distance of DTLA, Chinatown, and Union Station! Property is always clean and has great amenities like a gym and work/study area. Management team is fairly quick to respond. Only downside is that it can be noisy, especially if you live in an apartment facing the streets.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2024Love this building. Not so much of a community vibe but new owners are really stepping up with upgrades and trying to bring us all together through portals and gatherings. They are very good at keeping us in the know with everything going on. Only concern is rent doesn't go up much more than it already is as prices are already steep. Since they are going for the luxery experience, hoping they can still cater to the community.Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024I think the location, cost, and quality of the apartment really can’t be beat! We love living minutes from three metro lines and almost all bus lines, not to mention countless restaurants, bars, museums, etc, so we really don’t have to drive all that often (a true rarity in LA)! The community and apartments are well maintained and we have found our apartment layout to be quite efficient. I would not classify this as a luxury apartment, but it is definitely modern, well taken care of, and good ...value for money.Property Manager Responded
