September 15, 2024Generally great. Quite expensive here even despite a 2 month deal. However, the community seems well taken care of with an onsite manager that's quite responsive, residents that all seem quiet and nice, and community events that go above and beyond what I'd expect from an Apartment complex. Great Spot!
February 23, 2024Location is great and convenient (right off the 405 and Santa Monica Blvd), apartments are nice and adequately furnished, I feel very safe here, and the new management is very proactive. Ariel (property mgr) has been quite the breath of fresh air and the maintenance staff is attentive, polite and professional. They provide immediate attention to any issue you bring to them, and it’s noticeable how well they work together as a team. I actually saw the manager mopping the floor in the entry way. ...They seem to take a lot of pride in the work that they do to the point where it was so noticeable, I felt compelled to write a review. Nice staff and sterling location
October 27, 2015This place is very convenient. Lots of restaurant and markets nearby. Public free WIFI is fast in the conference room and courtyard. Kitchen is new. Bathroom is spacious which I like very much!! In unit washer and dyer is a big plus. Very happy to stay here.Review from Apartments.com
