February 2, 2025The only problems are not in relation to the place where we live, but the neighbors who leave their children running all night for the sake and they spoil and dirty the whole condominium.The parents should be responsible for the children.The dogs make no mess or noise about the children.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025Arrive is a good neighborhood near to Walmart, Target and other stores near by. It has good spacious units. Off late the management is not maintaining the property as it used to be couple of years before.Review from Apartments.com

January 30, 2025We just renewed our lease for another year. We are happy here except for the children running,playing, and screaming in the hallway. It is usually after dinner when you are sitting down and trying to relax. One night we went out three times and told them no playing in the hallway and stop yelling. Finally after an hour they finally went into their apartments. I sent a letter to the office with this complaint but it has been a week and never got a response back. There used to be a notice posted ...in the hallway saying no playing in the hallway but someone ripped it down. We are hoping management does something about this.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025I’m satisfied with my new apartment. Close to nice Indian restaurants and lot more. Nice simple units with solid amenities and management. I have never brought trash down to find nowhere to leave it, and messes produced by other tenants are cleaned quickly. December 30, 2024overall, it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of families and children. It feels safe and the apartment unit itself is very quiet. You can’t hear noise from the people upstairs or next to you. However, there are some downsides because there are a lot of kids it can become crowded in the lobby and common areas. The washer unit can become very occupied and messy and for some reason the trash can become very smelly and the smell extends to each floor and especially the T level floor.Review from Apartments.com

December 20, 2024The sound of car alarms going off is rediculis. They go off all hours of the day and night. Sometimes people are setting the alarm off to find their car, come on, you live here and can’t find your car!
