September 2, 2024The noise from the streets and neighbors is too loud. That's normal in old buildings. if you don't mind it, it would be great to move in. The maintenance and the stuff are great!Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2024Arrive on University is a class act! It is a special place to live, due to the folks who expertly run this community. Sunny, the Manager, is organized, caring and responsive. Ashley, the Assistant Manager, excels at her duties and is readably available. Justin, the Facilities Manager, can repair anything, always remaining personable. Damien, the Maintenance Technician, is eager to keep things running smoothly. It's a great team! How lucky we are to call Arrive our home!Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2024To begin, the property itself is beautiful. When combined with the warm and attentive management team including Ashley, Sunny, Alec and Damian, my experience moving into Arrive on University has been great.
