January 28, 2024The building is poorly designed, cheaply constructed, and very noisy, management is often unresponsive or not in the office, and the community and area are not what they used to be. You will hear everything your neighbors do, and they will hear everything you do through the thin walls, floors, and ceilings. The building isn't very old, but walls are cracking, carpets are stained with pet accidents, and major systems and features (A/C in common areas, the parking garage doors, elevators, trash ...chutes, etc.) malfunction frequently and are often not repaired in a timely manner. When I moved in two years ago, this place was okay, but it really went downhill. I moved out for my well-being! Don't be fooled during a tour...living here day-to-day is extremely stressful. Lipstick on a Pig
January 10, 2023IKEA like furniture and decor that is falling apart after a year. You can hear every word from your neighbors and it is full of drunk students. January 3, 2023Please be wary of moving here. The new build has very poor noise insulation unless you live on the top floor. You will hear every word and footstep from your neighbors. Disappointed

Arrowwood Apartments is the best!
January 29, 2021I recommend Arrowwood Apartments to anyone moving to the DMV. My boyfriend and I had been searching for the right apartment for 5 months before we found Arrowwood. This newly built complex is beautiful, clean and has the most professional people working there. Jennifer helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect unit. She is absolutely wonderful.
