The leasing process was precise and highly professional. They offer amazing benefits in addition to gorgeous contemporary amenities. It feels like a boutique hotel with discreet yet highly trained staff. I get an answer within minutes to every question. I have lived in many luxe buildings and The Arthur has stunning decor which truly adds to your quality of life. Highly recommend this community.

New building with excellent amenities

The Arthur on Aberdeen is a new building and has excellent amenities. The appliances in the units are new, and the units themselves are well designed. The gym is very spacious and has excellent equipment. The leasing staff is very helpful, responsive, and thorough when responding to queries. The building staff are also very helpful and friendly. The area surrounding the building is lively and there are a large number of restaurants nearby.

So far so good. Everyone has been very nice and the amenities are outstanding!! The gym has everything you can ask for no matter what your workout is. The community working area is perfect place to work from home. Also, the community area on the rooftop is great to relax in hot tub, get sun by the pool, or grill out on the coyote grills. The location of the building is excellent for any fun around Fulton market and west loop.
