January 27, 2025I’ve lived here for a year and have mostly good things to say! Location is perfect. Close to downtown but far enough for little traffic and nice walking trails. Apartment is modern. My biggest complaint is that the walls and ceilings are VERY thin so you hear everything all the time.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025Arya is a great place to live, they have really good price compared to other places. The new management team is great. The only problem I had was a couple of maintenance issues that never got fixed but they have a new maintenance crew so that should not be a problem no more.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2024The apartments are great, pool is great but I wouldn’t live facing the pool since people sit right out side of my place. The complex is in a pretty quiet area. The staff is friendly and I’m sad to be leaving but it’s only cause I was able to buy a house!Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024I do enjoy this community, I have renewed my lease for another 24 months it’s perfect distance to downtown, the people are nice and the amenities have been upgrade it’s enjoyable to live here.Property Manager Responded
