July 22, 2024A year down and everything is perfect! I can’t hear the neighbors, the train rarely passes through (maybe 1-3 times a month?). I appreciate the modern color palette. No maintenance in this apartment complex
June 20, 2024After about a year living at this complex, while I still appreciate amenities (pool, fitness center, Amazon locker, proximity to parks and shopping) I reviewed a year ago, this place struggles with maintenance. I tried hard to like this apartment complex. The front desk is friendly and it pains me to write all this about the property, but maintenance is a major problem at this place. Big problem. The first time when the drier needed the duct cleaned (lint was likely from the previous tenant, ...because this was only a few months after I moved in and the duct was very full of lint!), I submitted a work order. It took the property management close to two months to send someone to take a look at it. The problem was fixed after my multiple complaints and about four visits to the front desk. About a month and a half ago, the washer stopped working. I submitted a work order and to this date, the problem hasn't been resolved. Again, so far, I went four times to remind them and explain that I, inconveniently, have to take my clothes elsewhere to wash, but none of this resulted in any meaningful action. The maintenance person did show up once only to tell me they will "get back to me shortly". And this was about a week a half ago. No one ever came back. Overall, if maintenance is something you are concerned about living in an apartment, my suggestions is stay well away from this complex until this management gets their act straight and start caring about people who live here.Property Manager Responded
