December 10, 2024I moved to the community sight-unseen from Arizona. The online application process was simply and easy. My wife and I were approved in less than 30 minutes after completing the application. The Leasing manager, Carmen, was very helpful with calls and emails getting all the final documents and paperwork submitted. We had to change our lease start date twice, and they accommodated us with no issues. The property is actually more amazing in person and pictures didn't do it justice. The rooms were a ...tad smaller than I expected, but the closets pretty much make up for it. I couldn't fit my two large night stands with my king bed in the mater of the C1 floorplan, but slightly smaller stands worked just fine.
