December 26, 2024Absolutely everything about the community is wonderful! I love the convenience of the online payments and app as well. The trash service is extremely helpful as is the maintenance service. The amenities offered are exceptional! Significantly more options than any other apartment complex that I have previously lived in. I am very excited to use the pool when it opens for the season as well! December 11, 2024Beautiful apartments in excellent location. The kind and friendly staff on site are exceptional!! There is spectacular wildlife visiting the pond daily and the entire development is pet friendly. The walking trails are not yet completed, but I cannot wait to enjoy them when they are. In the meantime, I utilize the gym (open 24hrs) and a dip in the pool on sunny summer days. There are outdoor grills, locations for lounging/socializing, game areas and so much more. This is, by far, the most ...beautiful apartment my family has ever lived in. My husband, teenage son, cat and I love calling Ascend by the Sea home.Property Manager Responded
