March 6, 2024I recently moved from South Florida to the Ascent in East Nashville. My daughter my granddaughter and I absolutely love her new apartment. The team here has been amazing and has exceeded all of my expectations. The location is amazing and it's close to everything that we need in Nashville. From Jay, Desmond, Aiden, and William in maintenance, we feel truly taken care of here. We have a beautiful renovated apartment and are thrilled to be starting our new life here. Everything breaks.
February 13, 2024The first day living in here, they didn’t have the water heater plugged in correctly, so there was a gas leak, next week our downstairs neighbors had a gas leak so we had to evacuate. The shower makes this very loud screeching sound, and one of the shower knobs is missing. When you open the doors there is nothing to protect the door knob from hitting the wall. Our kitchen sink is leaking out of the bottom. There are ants coming from my rug, and a leak holes in my window causing a leak. All in ...all… don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2023The staff was incredibly welcoming they made you feel at home as soon as you walked into the office. A safe place to move in with your family and is pet-friendly. Love the view of the sunrise and sunset. Recommend a morning walk. The view is beautiful. Management replied to your emails promptly. They are quick to fix your appliances. Been living here for a little of a year
September 5, 2023Pros 1) Staff is professional and listen to your complaints 2) Neighbors are good and care for your privacy 3) Buildings have been renovated, and are still being renovated. Still has work to do though. 4) Rent is in the mid-range for 1 bedroom apartments 5) All building are equipped with ATT Fiber 6) Staff works with your schedule for maintenance calls and inspections Cons 1) When placing a ticket of a non-urgent nature, you may have to follow up a couple of times based on the issue 2) Front ...gate does not always work as intended, either will not open or is always opened. 3) The asphalt needs some minor repairs but could be part of the rennovations 4) Parking spaces should be assigned as there appears to be not enough parking available.Property Manager Responded

INFESTED WITH FLEAS
December 11, 2022PLEASE do not fall for this complex’s price. It is the worst place we have ever lived. Shootings in the neighborhood and have found bullet casings outside by our complex. The laundry room barely works from week to week with only a couple washer and dryers running for the entire complex. It is hardly ever cleaned and coated in gunk. You can also hear ABSOLUTELY everything in apartments around you, the person above you could be casually talking and you’ll hear every word said. A few things have ...been stolen from us so if you are moving in and on a main floor do not decorate whatsoever. Our two poor inside animals are covered in fleas despite spending hundreds of dollars on flea meds and they do not care. They Simply blame it on “outside cats” but was told by someone within the offices circle it was from an infested unit and spread all over the complex. The ongoing construction has busted up our walls and they do not care. The workers leave trash everywhere including beer bottles all outside the units and leave the roads covered in nails but if you run one over the office is “at no fault”. We have had many pipes bust and constantly have to have maintenance come fix something but the only redeeming quality of that is the main maintenance man is nice. Don't do it
January 22, 2022First thing, those pictures are a joke. Drive over here yourself and look at it. This complex is very run down. There is lots of crime, car break ins and shootings. The management company will provide the bare minimum as in all they want is money. They will give you a 3 day notice, and start eviction same month. None of and I mean NONE of the amenities work. The gym, the pool, the gate, the laundry room, grills are all trash. the laundry room washers are disgusting... be prepared to open 4 or 5 ...and they're full of rotten water. All the fencing is broken. The breezeways are nasty and shady and the railings are all dry rot and old. My tub wouldn't drain for 6 weeks and I had to take showers in the sink. Do Not Be Fooled!
September 25, 2021Don’t be fooled by the photos! I was shown a model unit they they use for the photos with new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The unit I ended up with hasn’t been renovated in who knows how long! I moved in to multiple damages as if no one had even walked through this apartment to make it ready for me. Since move-in two months ago, my cable outlet is broken and I am without wifi, my cabinets do not close in the kitchen, and there is extensive water damage under my sink. They are ...unresponsive and uncaring! Now my bathroom sink won’t drain and is leaking. This was obviously an issue before I moved in since there was already water damage. Newly Renovated? Not so much...
January 4, 2018When you are an applicant and seem interested in this apartment complex, the staff is very friendly and attentive. When you become a resident it’s a different story. I was moved into a ‘renovated’ apartment with a sink that had huge chips in it, a kitchen sink that leaked for weeks before maintenance decided it was time to fix it, an a/c that never worked in the summer and now an incredibly drafty living room, patched over holes in two of my doors that look horrible, a huge bug issue since I ...moved in that I had to pay for outside pet control to look at, disgusting breezeways and patios...I don’t think they’ve ever been pressure washed, cars are broken into all of the time, trash is always over flowing, I mean I could go on and on. It has been a nightmare to live here. I never received an inspection sheet, never had a walk through, nothing! Tyler, the property manager never returns calls or emails and when he does, he just gives you the go around. They never answer their office phone...EVER! So good luck if you need anything.
