      Owned by Decron Properties, this was built as a residential hotel. Each of the 72 units are built as 1 bedroom units, except only a half-wall to the bedroom due to no window or other means of egress from the back of the apartment (Except 12 corner units). I've lived here over 5 years, and have seen it go through various management staff and improvements. In general, its a bit more upscale than most with a rooftop pool and gym. Both small but acceptable and the view is incredible up there. I have ...
      a front unit and a great view of downtown LA. Solidly built, you rarely hear your neighbors. Parking is gated and included for one vehicle. The builiding is in the middle of major renovations to each unit as they become vacant. Its a much needed renovation, however it does come at a cost of about 1/3 increase in rent. We shall see what will happen as they get down to only the last few unrenovated units being lived in by us old-timers....
