Not worth it
February 14, 2025I lived there a year and it was the most stressful experience ever. You can barely get in contact without management. Only one maintenance man so nothing gets repaired but they want your rent. Trash everywhere on the grounds. Laundry room washer and dryer always broken. My stress was through the roof. Keep looking it’s not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
Too many unruly people
June 8, 2022I live here and de as l with children screaming in the court yard throwing trash everywhere. Maintenance refuses to remove items the property owners told all residents to get rid of. Trees not trimmed, children break and pull off the limbs and flowers. We pay to be secure and able to enjoy our patios but can't.Review from Apartments.com
Safe Clean Reasonable
March 29, 2020My toilet was broken then fixed in 30 minutes. Neighbors are friendly and up front. You cannot BBQ on balcony which is the only issue I have. Winter is my best season. The view while it's snowing and the remarkable appearances of Coatesville police patrolling at any given time gives me that safe feeling. Landlord is responsible and so far understanding of issues that arise. Best landlord I had so far and I been through 5 total within 15 years. Sam big shout out. Thanks..Review from Apartments.com
