November 26, 2024Love it here. This is a pretty big complex but the front office workers know me by name. They are always kind, The very few issues I've had, like repair issues are always handled within hours of reporting. The maintenance dudes are always hard working and kind too. November 25, 2024Living here has been an exceptional experience. The community is welcoming, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within the same day, and the staff is courteous and professional. The amenities are nice, from the well-maintained gym and pool to the shared spaces, which are always clean and inviting. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to walmart and restaurants. Best apartments in Monroe/West Monroe area EASILY.
October 5, 2024The reasons are many as to why it's excellent. The apartments are well built so neighbor noise is almost a non issue. The maintenance guys are friggin heros. Maybe 7 years ago the property managers were a little unlikable, but the Ash hired some new ladies that are so nice. They are always available, remember everyone's names and are generally really nice people. I love living here. The apartments ARE starting to get into that pricy range. I hope last year was just a little price ...adjustment and not a sign of things to come. If rent gets much higher the middle class job people won't be able to afford it anymore.
