March 2, 2022The apartment has black mold and bad roach problem. The rent amount was raised from the original price and includes a fee for pest control every month. I scheduled an appointment for pest control with the front office. Pest control came out and sprayed one time behind the oven and said to contact the front office to schedule an appointment again.Review from Apartments.com

The leasing office timings are pretty convenient and the staff at the leasing office are very professional.
