November 9, 2024When moving to this apartment make sure to take pictures of every broken, dent, or stain in the apartment (even the patio). Make sure to document everything on your moving sheet with pictures attached, make a copy for your records before turning in this document to the office ( video record turning in this document with the pictures). They will use this against you when you move out. When moving out even if you leave the apartment spotless, they will charge you as you did not clean the ...apartment. They will even charge you for previous dent, stain, all things already broken and you will not get your deposit back. ( also make sure to take detailed pictures before moving out. when turning in your keys make sure to provide them with pictures of how spotless you leave your apt) This property lacks ethics or value.
