March 29, 2023The best thing about Ashgrove Apartment, Is the new Ownership. They really seem to care about the property, and are upgrading lots of their units, to make your living experience better. Management is very professional. I’ve been living here for about 5 years and I’m really impressed by the new management team. The apartments are affordable and well maintained. Grounds are clean, anything that needs to be fixed is done in a decent time frame. When I have maintenance issues, I submit a request and ...it's handled within a day. My old apartments would take weeks at a time. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. If you are looking for a well-maintained place to live, that’s not going to put a hole in your pockets, I highly recommend checking Ashgrove Apartments out. KweliProperty Manager Responded
