    Apartments are nice location is nice. Phone lines are usually backed up, you still the previous resident’s mail, and work orders take a while to be completed.

    Water pressure is terrible. Septic system is rarely emptied and smells horrid. High end living with low end care. Packages are never delivered correctly. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors are never held accountable. Parking issues. Etc.

    My only issue is the amount of dog poop everywhere. I can't even let my grandson play in the grass at all here. I fostered a dog for 2 days and the dog park was covered in poop. Why cannot there be cameras up to catch these people? I have such a high deposit for a cat. One reason I moved here is because I was told the grounds did not have issues with this. Thank you

    The noise and neighborhood have been fantastic. I’ve enjoyed having access to the pool and gym, however the pool had a closed sign without any explanation and some mornings before I leave for work I am not able to access the gym despite it being a 24 hour gym. I’ve been to the office three times about getting my fiancé added to my lease before I renew and it’s been frustrating. Started the process a month and a half ago and haven’t heard anything. This is the only reason I haven’t renewed. ...
    Otherwise the staff are very pleasant and helpful!
