November 17, 2024Very nice apartment and amenities. Staff are great. I’m definitely worried about lease renewal time, though, and how much rent will increase. I do feel taken advantage of in terms of all of the costs - i.e. parking (we ended up paying for garage parking due to the limited spots, although we were initially excited about the idea of free surface parking) and water/sewer which I’ve never had to pay as a renter before and was much higher than I expected.Review from Apartments.com

October 19, 2024Overall Ashlar Park has been a good experience. We have been here over a year and had some major hiccups with our apartment in the beginning. Thankfully since moving to the Woodlands building, things have been going more smoothly. We had issues with communication towards the beginning of our residency, but it does seem like it has improved. Overall we are satisfied with AP. October 3, 2024I've been here a year now and it's been a pretty peaceful place to live. They recently had issues with parking and my car got towed however, they did apologize and leave a little note and gift on my door as an extra gesture which I appreciated. I really love the events they organize for residents but they don't have as many as they used to. I am hopeful they will start picking back up again !Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024Ashlar Park has become our new home. Moving from the West Coast from the East Coast was a difficult challenge but the AP team made the leasing and move in process seamless. The unit and amenities have exceeded our expectations and the planned monthly events create a great community atmosphere. Inevitably, apartment living comes with challenges, maintenance issues, and inconveniences that are largely out of anyone’s control. Whenever something like this has come up, the AP team has been ...communicative and done whatever they can to provide excellent customer service and provide a solution. We are grateful for all the time we have lived at AP and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2024The apartments and community spaces are nice and the leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Parking is an issue and changes to the policy were made after moving in which is problematic despite the reasons behind the change in policy. Long story short, as of today’s date we are now allowed to have guests park similar to when I first moved in, but between 8 am to 6 pm only. The property seems to have more apartments than parking spaces and didn’t consider the fact that ...potentially apartment dwellers would have people living together who might also have a car which impacts the number of spots. Guests are encouraged to park at public parking garages which are approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away in hilly terrain. There are people with disabilities and other issues who will have difficulty walking up a steep hill back to the property in order to visit. It’s my only complaint about living here. It will impact my decision to stay when my lease is up.Property Manager Responded
