April 13, 2025Living here is ok. The apartments are very overpriced for what they are and the parking situation is a mess. They don’t ever hold people who park illegally (including in handicapped spots who aren’t supposed to) accountable, which is incredibly frustrating considering it’s supposed to be a lease violation. There’s also been people who have had issues with flooding, mice and ants.Review from Apartments.com

April 10, 2025Great community, but it would be really nice to have coffee cups instead of bringing your own. The team has been really great at the gym is very clean. The trash room does not smell at all and they take care of the hallway every single day. I love the scent in the hallway.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2025Great place to live, with very good amenities and helpful staff. Easy walk to subway or commuter rail to get to Boston, as well as free parking. Apartments are modern and clean. Maintenance staff responds fast.Property Manager Responded

They were so accommodating and helpful with the move in process and gave you all the resources you need when settling into an apartment and new community. The maintenance staff are so quick to fix your issues and are genuinely committed to helping you. January 14, 2025The physical apartment, buildings, amenities, and common spaces are all very nice. While the value for what we get may not be there, that is typical given the high price of housing in this area. My only complaint is that there have been multiple occurrences of other community members do not pick up after their pets when they use go outside or when they place allow their garbage to overflow in the garbage rooms.Property Manager Responded
