He asked for clarification as needed while reviewing my work order to ensure that he addressed all of the necessary issue(s). Bobby provided efficient work & he was nice as well as professional.     I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it here. It's quiet, and the other people that live here seem to be very nice and friendly. I also want to say that if I have any concerns, I will call and tell the office manager, and she listens to me, and she will try and fix the situation.     Ashton Creek is a place to live if you cannot afford better. The updated units are not bad but the apartments that are not updated are horrible. Maintenance is not horrible but it is bare minimum. They need to do better.
