July 27, 2015Apartment house is clean and well-maintained. Good maintenance. Apt is for elderly/disabled individuals and is USDA subsidized. Pet-friendly but charges too much for pet deposit/pet fee (considering it's a government-subsidized dwelling).Review from Apartments.com
