February 8, 2025After two years and six months I continue to find Aspect on the River a welcoming place! The staff is consistent and helpful any time I have needed. I do like the trash removal procedures, they call valet removal! Downtown Canton is very close and has several restaurants, bars and community events. Nearby walking trails offer plenty of exercise within a very short walk! People friendly place to live!Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2024Quiet, modern, and the leasing staff is very helpful. Updated appliances in my unit, which is definitely a plus. I've noticed a few bugs here and there but it hasn't become and issue yet.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2024Going on my 3rd lease. Experience here has been great. Walking distance to the Mill is a fantastic advantage. During the summer a lot of events go down and parking is a nightmare.Property Manager Responded
