Don’t waste your time or money
June 23, 2024Amenities outdated, ac is broken during heatwave, make sure your tags are not expired it will cost you $400 to get it out of tow. They won’t even provide wipes for gym equipment. Everything is outdated and office staff is rude.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT HERE
March 17, 2024First and foremost they charge a ridiculous amount of rent for a horrible quality of living , all of my appliances have broken down at least once and it takes maintenance weeks to fix it (IF THEY EVER DO) the management people in the leasing office are either never there or they don’t answer the phone so most likely your concerns will not be addressed, they are also very rude any time you do ask for assistance. Packages constantly get stolen , walls are so thin that sometimes I think someone is ...in my apartment but it’s really just the neighbors talking or walking around in their own apartment and last but no least the water from all of the faucets has a tendency to either one not heat up , or two run brown when you turn it on , please never rent here !!! Management is AWFUL
January 17, 2024I've never been so frustrated with a leasing office. They never fail to be presumptuous and impolite every chance they get it seems. The leasing officer manager is the worst of them all, so it's not hard to see why the culture in there is the way it is. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree... Wouldn't wish an interaction with her on my worst enemy. This place would've been decent if it weren't for the leasing office staff.Review from Apartments.com

Insufficient parking
December 12, 2021Better than Spring Crossings formerly Autumn Park apartments where we lived for just over 7 years. Grounds well kept and lit at night. Buildings in decent shape. Unfortunately you are not guaranteed any parking near your building as there is insufficient parking space for residents much less visitors. There are several cars either abandoned or disabled in the lot between 3000 and 3700 building. Some also unregistered for years. All taking up what little space there is. Lived in 3100 2018-2021
August 16, 2021The 3100 building is infested with roaches don’t matter how clean you are. The kitchen appliances are old, cabinets falling apart and they made me pay for it. I ask for my AC to be fix and because I was leaving they left me with no AC my last month during a heat wave. The office workers are rude. They charged me for wall paint and kitchen counter top that perviously stain before I moved in. They do expectations after you leave and not with you. Constant water leak from 3rd floor damage belongs. ...Loud area, person who come every night around 1am and blast music. Washing machine loud. Don’t Believe the Lies From The Leasing Office
October 16, 2020The office staff is not helpful with any issue you may have. Maintenance can not fix issues and in most cases they create an even worse issue. Maintenance has not been able to fix my washer after five attempts. I’ve had a squirrel in my attic and they can not trap it. The foyer needs paint and the carpet is stained. Maintenance has entered my apartment twice without notice for non-emergency reason. Management thinks this is ok. Avoid moving here.Review from Apartments.com
