October 4, 2018When we looked at the apartment we were told that they were "cleaning house" and getting rid of people that were not compliant with rules. They have kept their word. The staff here is friendly, maintenance gents are awesome and always polite. The grounds are kept neat and clean. This is the best complex I have lived in since moving to Utah four years ago. Not the place to stay
February 13, 2016The appartment was is over charged for what the size is I have always had problems with neighbours you can hear litteraly everything they are screaming at or even when they were being adults in the bedroom. seriously everything you can hear. Laundry room is way too small, I always have something wrong with the appartment water problems,gas problems (with the oven), heater doesn't work very well same with the ac. if you do stay bring a space heater and a fan as well.Review from Apartments.com
Apartment falling apartment
September 29, 2015It take weeks to get anything fix maintenance. I keep falling down the stair and injuring myself. I need a bottom floor where there is no one above me. I have witnessed the maintenance guy meeting people in the shop which seems like he is dealing drugs. I don't want to live here anymore I don't feel safe.Review from Apartments.com
this place is not worth the money you have to pay
September 11, 2015The apartments have been sprayed for cockroaches several time while and bed bugs. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbor next door yell at his kids , The was also a drug bust. SWAT through a flash grenade in the apartment.I am a private person but there is to many parties and drug deals that I dot want to be hear any more. The stairs are fine but the hand rails are only on one side. If I would have had a hand rail would have been able to stop from landing on my face. If you put in ...a order for something to be done or fixed you have to wait months. unless something is leaking somewhere like water leaking out of my laundry room,. Hate going home
August 11, 2015Since the first day we walked in the apartment smelled horrible. Till this day we have tried scented candles, air fresheners, and air purifiers but nothing! The rent is too much for where we're at. For the same cost there's apartments that have washers dryers and more space. I have not enjoyed my stay here.
