    Overall nice community. Continues to have trouble parking, valet trash could be more consistent as well. They have a new portal to pay rent, and I don’t like it because of the fees associated with it, and original portal was no longer an option. I feel residents should have been given the choice to switch, or remain with the original portal.

    My wife and I are glad to have moved here. Relocating from the other side of the planet (30 hour flight) to the US is pretty daunting and Aspire Fossil Creek has provided us a place we can call home.

    We love it here! The apartment managers are very nice and the complex stays relatively clean. The kids enjoyed the pool this summer, though it was closed a lot.

    The complex is very clean and quiet, the common areas are very nice and up to date and the property feels very secured. I love the face I can walk my dog at anytime and feel very safe or go check the mail and not be worried

    Our leasing office was very kind and understanding of our concerns, especially on move in day! Not only was our apartment clean, our leasing agent encouraged making sure to mark down damages and mess ups. They are very honest people which is rare to come by with a apartment

    Only my first day, but so far so good. So much to unpack! Seems pretty quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and not much to report on the move in checklist/review sheet.

    Overall nice apartment. I’ve been here for 4 years, and recently there are concerns of pest. There are still parking issues, it’s been ongoing since I’ve moved here.

    I really enjoy living here. The only complaints I have is the pool is closed a lot during the summer and there has been an increase in trash around the property. Everything else has been great.
