  • Terrible service and Rent payment issues

    I stayed at the Preserve Apartments for over a year, and had multiple appliance issues. After filing numerous reports I sadly received no attention. Furthermore, I had several issues with the apartment processing rent. Online services being glitchy as well as money orders taking over three weeks to post. If you want an overly expensive apartment with no upkeep, maintenance services, or office support these apartment homes are perfect for you!

    Bad lighting around the property, unsafe Rent fluctuations- $150 added to my rent because of the water and sewer, not good for those living on a budget, I was foals at move in, it would average $20...

    Look elsewhere. We have lived here nearly a year and have had continuous issues. Good luck getting maintenance to actually fix something & then dealing with rude people in the front office that constantly rotate doesn’t make the situation better.

    We have been residents of The Preserve for six months and have been very happy with the apartment facilities and especially the staff on site. We have dogs, which is always a challenge when it comes to apartment renting, but we have had zero issues and have felt welcome since day one. The apartments are across the street from a Community College which allows us daily walks with our mutts and we are also centrally located to just about anything we could ever want. Honestly, never thought ...
    down-sizing could be so liberating! We highly recommend The Preserve as a place to call home!

    If you love the smell of cigarettes and marijuana then this is the place for you. There are zero smoking regulations, I mean you can smoke in your apartment even, and the pet policy is loose if even existant. The only think I'll give them, is we don't hear our neighbors, and the location is great, minus trying to turn onto the hwy. They finally sent a letter about the lack of people cleaning up after their pets so that's looking a bit better too! And they do happily take your packages!
