December 17, 2024I enjoy living here and it is quiet and kept up well.The office people are very nice and the amminities are good.The only thing is,is that I wish people would pick up after their dogs.It would be good if they would respect that it is a non smoking facility also.Over all it's a safe and good place to live.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024Most of the time it's good and I love my actual apartment. I just wish the staff would communicate better and return calls. Many times I've put in maintenance requests or leave messages and I get a notification saying the issue was resolved or they returned my call when they didn't do either. The business center hasn't been open in weeks because somehow the time setting got off so we can't get in in the mornings but apparently the staff won't listen to us to reset it. Its unfortunate we have ...these "amenities" when we can't even use them.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Love the area, property management is really nice and helpful. Maintenance is great, maintenance requests are handled fast. Only thing I do wish is that landscaping would trim the bushes in the patio areas and apply some fresh mulch as winter is approaching. Also, I hope that for the winter season if we’re going to get snow please treat the parking lot and sidewalks .
