This place is absolutely abhorrent.
July 15, 2025This place is absolutely abhorrent. The staff is dismissive and incompetent. Don’t bother calling, texting, or emailing as they will NOT be helpful or respond at all. They invest in the most useless things for “the community,” like powerwashing the parking garage but it still looks the same. Elevators are out for months at a time so keep that in mind if you are disabled, have a pet or a child. They communicate so poorly with the tenants, there are several break-ins in the parking garage. Upon ...being confronted, they said and I quote “we can’t promise to keep you safe”. I’ve tried to voice concern politely, I’m the last person to submit reviews, but they are an absolute abomination.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff
May 27, 2025I usually don’t write reviews, but I just wanted to help others find the right place. The leasing staff is amazing and the maintenance crew goes above and beyond. I was having an issue with my fridge. One of the maintenance guys came and was able to fix it same day. Alberto was beyond amazing. Great communication skills and super nice! Worst place in Houston
February 15, 2025They don’t respond to emails, calls, texts, you have to show up and hope they’re in the office! I have spent more nights in the last 2 months staying somewhere else just to get some sleep. The leasing office is completely useless and just collects fees with no remedies for the residents.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2024I applied to this apartment complex and was denied because my job doesn’t have a direct employer, as you can be referred into the company by anyone. They took my application fee without ever mentioning this as a mandatory requirement beforehand. I've been trying to get in touch with the property manager for weeks—no returned calls, emails, or even a conversation in person when I visited. Overrun with Airbnbs and theft!
August 23, 2022I’ve lived here for 6 months, and won’t be renewing my lease. I recommend you don’t sign or renew here either. Here’s why: - THEFT. The parking garage is not secure. There have been multiple thefts of cars and wheels. Most recently, my roommate’s car was stolen despite there being an active security guard in the gated garage. At the time of this review, cameras are minimal in the garage. - THE PEOPLE. This complex is overrun with Airbnbs and many “corporate leases”. As a result, you don’t know ...who your neighbors are and the people staying in the complex have not undergone the same background checks as a normal resident does. This has resulted in numerous thefts, disturbances, and many instances of trash being left all over the place. - When I first moved in back in March, they were completely unprepared the day I came to pick up my keys. Nothing was prepared and I had to hastily sign a new lease on paper. I overlooked this because it was a transition period to the new management. New management was helpful in getting the process sorted, but it took about 2 weeks and no form of compensation was given. These apartments look great, but don’t let that or the referral bonus of $500 fool you.Property Manager Responded

nice but…
June 27, 2020This complex is really nice and all, but they have roaches and the neighbors are nosey. From sun up to midnight it sounds like the people able are bowling all day and night, it’s ridiculous. And on top of that, there’s a roach problem that needs to be fixed.Property Manager Responded

September 21, 2020Please call our officer number and leave a message for our Courtesy officer and he will respond to any loud noise complaints. We also have pest control they will service your home every week.

Choose Aspire

Rent elsewhere
September 3, 2019Review from an actual “valued resident”: Have lived here for only 3 months and have had two of the windows busted out of my car and we’ve also had an alleged “theft/robbery”. Many of these issues are coming from the complex across the street but this place definitely needs improved security. Instead of sending dozens of emails about doggy DNA testing to track dog poop outside, how about spending those funds to keep your valued residents feeling safe. Should not have to “walk with at least one ...other person” just to walk my dogs in the mornings before work. Place is WAY too expensive to be having to deal with crime. Yes, crime is common in Houston, but there’s no reason someone was able to break into every single car in the parking garage (7 stories) and get away with it. Also, hallways often smell strongly of marijuana even though this is a supposed smoke free complex. Embarrassing when you’re having company over. The reviews you see listed with 5 starts are obviously fake, you can tell by clicking on the actual profiles that are leaving them. There’s multiple complexes in the medical center that cost the same amount and run similar specials that are much safer places to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 13, 2019My underlying association from the time I walked through the door was bewildering. Tracy was as an exceptional rep, she was direct, and she sold me on the amazing things to come here at The Aspire. Up until this point, I am captivated with my new habitation. How it is new was a monstrous expansion for me in picking the perfect spot for me. I can tell the staff here really puts wholeheartedly in guaranteeing their tenants are 100% fulfilled by a need or accomplishing a target.
