Staff Lacking In Hospitality
November 15, 2021The property itself is wonderful but leasing staff seem to forget that they are employed by the property and work for the tenants. They have a "better than thou" attitude that is an immediate put off. We are moving to Milwaukee on a corporate relo and I serve as an executive to a major corporation - staff acted as if I were beneath them. Highly inappropriate.Review from Apartments.com
