DO NOT DO IT. TRASH EVERYWHERE
August 25, 2022I've lived here for a while, just renewed my lease 2 months ago. I wish I never did that; the manager never gets out of her seat; assistant doesn't know what she is doing and upfront is someone new. The trash is everywhere, and for the price they are charging you can go up the street and pay maybe 200 more and actually get something luxury. It was getting better when the new year started, the complex was clean when the previous management was there. But now, looks so bad trash everywhere behind ...the dumpsters they have mattresses, I use to be happy to call this my home NOT anymore. I can't wait until my lease is up to move. Oh, almost forgot, maintenance stinks both hygiene wise and on the requests.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Lease Here
June 15, 2022Please DO NOT Move in this roach infested place The staff is incompetent, lies to your face, they never return any of your phone calls. Manager will not even talk to you she is gone and leaves her leasing staff in the office to handle everything. My heat was out for the first few days i moved in February, also there were roaches everywhere and mildew in the dishwasher, My air went out over a month ago and Maintenace said it had a leak and needed to be replaced and here we are over a month later ...still nothing. I have talked to several neighbors, and they are having the same issues with the bugs and their HVAC systems. My apartment flooded two days ago and still no one has shown up to clean up the standing water. Just Don't!
October 2, 2021Where do I even begin? Living at Cross Creek Ranch, we regularly dealt with neighbors engaging in verbal and physical arguments. This led to the involvement of law enforcement on several occasions. The noise of car radios at all hours disrupted our sleep schedules. Our neighbors' marijuana habit led to smoke seeping into our apartment at a strength that resulted in us chronically burning incense to drown out the stench. (Neither of us smoke legal or illegal substances.) The amenities (e.g., pool, ...gym, etc.) were not able to be used throughout the duration of our lease, but we received no rent reduction to compensate. The gates rarely worked. It often took several weeks, or even months, to get maintenance to solve issues. We renewed at a three-month lease due to purchasing a new home. Management told us that once our 60-day Notice to Vacate was received, we would not be held responsible for the remaining lease amount. Apparently, that was lie. It has been 10 months since we vacated our apartment. We were paid in full and in good standing at the time we vacated. However, we just received a notice that we were sent to collections by Cross Creek Ranch. They made no attempt to send us an invoice, despite being given our forwarding address, or retaining our email addresses and phone numbers. They simply sent us straight to collections after 10 months. Unbelievable! We are clearly fiscally responsible individuals, or else we would not have been able to purchase a new home... DO NOT DEAL WITH CROSS CREEK RANCH! I wish I had never moved there. I will warn everyone I meet not to move there.Property Manager Responded

Miserable
June 16, 2021The ac units dont keep the apartment cooler than "20" degrees than the temp outside. But my apartment has been 86 degrees for 2 weeks and they say there is nothing they can do to fix it. They will tow your car even if it is on the lease by "mistake" but do nothing to help with the 300$ you have to pay to get your car out. Management locks the office and wont answer emails or phone calls. Dont be fooled by move in specials..Property Manager Responded

Quiet, calm place to live
March 30, 2018I moved in back in Fall 2017 and have had zero issues with my two bed two bath. I love that the area is nice, clean, and calm and that the Trinity Trails is right up the street. November 8, 2016I had to transfer here from Utah.. Yeah, not a fan of Utah.. anyway. An Apartment finder turned me onto the area. I chose Cross Creek because they allowed big dogs, I have 2.
