August 31, 2016I have lived at Athens park for several years and within that time I have seen so much improvement from management to the overall look of the property. I have never had any problems with the new management. He takes care of the property and the tenants. Number 1 place to live in Athens, Alabama!Review from Apartments.com
VERY VERY POOR!!
July 21, 2016This place is a joke. They are in no hurry for any maintence needs. They do the very minimum that they must. We've had a window unit the past 4 days with no A/C. The 1st week, we had to go 3 days without a working toilet!! It's absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money here. As soon as our lease ends, we are going to Camelot!Review from Apartments.com
