August 26, 2023Recently moved into a remodeled 3 bedroom and it’s perfect! Being a first time renter, Joyce was amazing and was there to answer every question and address all needs! August 25, 2023Atlantic Pointe is a great place to live and has a really amazing management and maintenance team. Joyce in the office is super quick to respond to any rental questions. Their maintenance team responds timely to requests (especially locking your keys in your apt which I have done on numerous occasions). 5 Stars.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 1, 2022You are very close to the beach and a beautiful of view of the city at night or during the day! Have shopping close by and restaurants! The facility is very quiet and updated. I’ve been here for a couple months now and all my neighbors have been awesome! I did the add on for the garage and you can find a car and or a lot of stuff in there!Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartment close to the Beach

Great place to live
August 5, 2022This was my first apartment away from home. It was an amazing 2 years. Great neighbors, great maintenance and leasing offie staff. The pool, the grills, the tennis courts and all the green areas. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Seabright a quick 10 min drive and Sandy Hook even closer. Loved it,Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
