March 1, 2025Amenities are a little old, kinda not worth the price. Nice that it’s furnished but apartments are a little further away from downtown and grocery stores, but people at leasing office are generally nice. Overall an okay experiences.Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2025So far my experience has been great. I went on a tour this past weekend and signed the same day because I was so impressed with the Lodge. Between the pool, fitness center, and the gated complex, I was very happy with what I saw.Review from Apartments.com

February 10, 2025The Lodge of Athens offers spacious apartments, great amenities, and a vibrant community. However, the bus schedule is inconsistent and unreliable, making transportation to UGA challenging for residents who depend on it. February 4, 2025I love the apartment it’s great and spacious and the amenities are wonderful! The only thing is that I wish the appliances were more updated to modern, and that maintenance would check rooms before moving in so I don’t have to reach out when I just move in!Review from Apartments.com

February 3, 2025Lived here since August 2024 and still have not gotten several items fixed even though I’ve put in several requests. I do enjoy having a shuttle, although it is always off schedule, and the dog park is nice but it needs fixing. Fences are super low and gate is brokenReview from Apartments.com

January 9, 2025The shower water always got cold after 5 minutes. Other things not bad. The staff are friendly. I dont really like the heating system, because my roommate doesnt like the heater on.Review from Apartments.com
