    Madi was so helpful. She was very warm and very personable. She was extremely knowledgeable and so patient. She worked with me and my busy hospital schedule using all forms of communication; phone, text, and email to answer all my questions and get me through the application process.     I usually do not write reviews but this time I’m making an exception. The customer service I received from the staff on the process of finding the right apartment was amazing.     I called on New Year’s Eve but did not leave a message because I assumed they were closed for the holidays. Well to my surprise Taye called and immediately apologized for missing my call. She was extremely professional and pleasant during our conversation. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns! The questions she wasn’t quite sure about she stated she would find out and let me know after their meeting next week. Although they were closing in about 10 ...
    minutes she didn’t rush our conversation. Her excitement about all the amenities and floor plan options they have to offer made me excited.
