January 14, 2025I’ve been living at Atwater in Chicago, and it’s been an amazing experience! The management team, especially Roy and Diamond, go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. They are incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help with any concerns or questions. The amenities are fantastic, and the building is always clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need -Wholefoods, Navy Pier, Target etc. It truly ...feels like home here. Great Apartments!
January 14, 2025I've lived here over a year. This place is located in the safest area in Chicago and all amenities(Gym, lobby, coffee machine etc) are always prepared in the best quality. Managers are always kind and willing to help residents, making the place even better. Best apartments everr!!
January 12, 2025I can't say enough good things about my experience at Atwater Apartments. Moving from out of state was stressful, but Jabria made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. She patiently answered all my questions through multiple phone calls, helping me understand all my options. The freight elevators were under maintenance on the date of my move-in, so I was provided with a regular elevator, without which moving in would have been a hassle. Arriving to find a cute care package was such a ...thoughtful touch! The entire concierge team is fantastic - they're always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make residents feel at home. And the location? Absolutely perfect! Having Target and Whole Foods so close has made my life so much easier. With a pub, a breakfast place, and even a poke bowl spot right at my doorstep, I have everything I need within a two-minute walk. If you're looking for a new apartment in this area, I highly recommend Atwater Apartments!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
January 10, 2025This is my 5th different apartment building in Chicago and it is by far the best. Apartments are spacious and well laid out with great finishes and appliances, floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous, and the building amenities are spotless. wonderful place to live!
January 10, 2025Atwater has been a wonderful place for my fiancé and I! We love the events that they have and all of the staff. Also added bonus that it is so close to Whole Foods, target and Michigan ave! Jabria and Sophie are especially kind and accommodating!Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025The building is very well maintained, all the facilities are in pristine condition. Even if something in the unit was to break the team is very responsive and professional. December 19, 2024The team at Atwater apartments are fantastic! Max was very helpful in initiating our stay here since June. We also cannot thank enough the wonderful manager Amy for helping us with the garage situation. All the staff members have been a joy! The front desk security are amazing and always attentive, welcoming us when we’re coming back. The amenities have also been very comforting.
