April 3, 2025Three months in, and I am enjoying my new living dwelling. The unit that I saw initially was on the third floor which is what I would have preferred. I really appreciate the use of the elevator and the security access. I appreciate that the staff of both management companies have been very professional and friendly. You know you felt like you were talking to your neighbor, and I appreciate that the construction which is neither the fault of I think either of the management companies that I've ...been under, but the construction is subpar for what we're paying. I mean the little ones above me are simply being little and running everywhere, and I hear it EVERY DAY @5:30 AM, 11-12 PM, 5:30-10:30, 11:30 PM! It's no use complaining because it's not their fault, but . . .! Other than that, I'm loving it. I appreciate that one bath has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub! I love the area! As far as my experience at the Atwell it has been a good one for me as I've been here for multiple years.
