January 7, 2025Living here is great! Most all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighbors aren't noisy which is excellent and the amenities are top of the line. My only thing is that there isn't enough work zones. The same guy hogs the only one on 1st floor everyday, I'm sure he gets down there at 4:30am or sometime super early and never lets anyone else ever use it. If you could add more rooms or limit the amount of times per week you are able to use that room per resident that would be amazing!Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024This is our first home in Chicago. When we first moved in, the apartment itself and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The management company has changed since, and the dynamic is much more hands off, impersonal and unhelpful. Though, certain staff remain and are still wonderful.Property Manager Responded
