November 22, 2024This is our first home in Chicago. When we first moved in, the apartment itself and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The management company has changed since, and the dynamic is much more hands off, impersonal and unhelpful. Though, certain staff remain and are still wonderful.Property Manager Responded

September 21, 2024For raising rent $300 a month it should be better. Front desk staff always missing, leaving orders to be stolen downstairs. Treats never refilled in lobby.
