Everyone my wife and I have met with who works in the University Square office has been so friendly and genuine that it really did, from day one, make me feel like I was home and wanted here. We were both also surprised by how great the apartment is. For the price we pay, we didn't expect that the apartment would be so new, clean, spacious and in such a great neighborhood. May 15, 2023The rent prices are really affordable and fair and make it easy to find a livable situation. The locations are usually close to important things such as gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, or major roads. However, management's communication skills are lacking at best, and their ability to resolve problems are kinda hit or miss. Building safety is extremely questionable considering the amount of mail theft that has occurred and how little management has done anything to prevent it from ...happening again. Building rules usually surrounding smoking in or near the building are rarely, if ever, enforced at all. The amenities are also super out dated and constantly out of order. Also the general designs of the apartment layouts are strange and sometimes inconvenient. So I'd say, overall, you're getting what you pay for, but that's not always a good thing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
