    It's a good quiet place to live. Sometimes with maintenance issues it takes several calls to get things resolved. I know they are in a transition period

    Rent is too expensive for sub par units. Everything is outdated and breaks often. Getting maintenance to fix anything is a struggle due to waiting for 2 months for simple service requests to be tended to.

    Quiet neighborhood and I love the balcony. Clean, safe and secure. The portal is very helpful and I like how you can connect with your community, such a cool feature.
