  • Old AC broke down during a heatwave, no heat in the winter

    July 8, 2024
    Old AC and heat systems break down all the time, esp during heat waves and New England winter. Lovely. Not what we expected from a luxury apartment building with high rets. We weren't the only ones, we could tell by all the window ACs in the apartment and emails we received about not making emergency AC calls during the weekend! Took management 8-9 months to fix/replace ours! Still the pool is nice and location is fantastic! Just bring a fan!
