October 3, 2023I’ve lived here 17 months, the staff on the premises are the kindes most polite team I enjoy specking with them verbally however the maintenance needs much improvement. This is my first apartment experience in Ga. I moved from a large city I’ve never experienced maintenance coming in my apartment without notice even when I ask to be notified it would be nice if a note is left behind, email text or any type of communication other than their trash. The breezeways are filthy and are not cleaned on ...a regular basis or after a complaint. Overall apartment size is okay & office staff great!Property Manager Responded
