March 11, 2024The two weeks I have been living here have been great. The area is quiet and clean (garbage comes 5 days a week) and I feel safe walking my dog at night. They are pet friendly which is a huge plus. All of the appliances that came with the apartment work well and the apartment itself is quite spacious. So far I have been content with living here though it has only been two weeks so there has yet to be any issues or need to communicate with the office so I have no comment there. July 10, 2023This has been one of my best rental experiences ever. I move frequently because of my job, so I have not been able to settle in one place and buy a home. The team in the office is so welcoming and friendly. They know me by name. My apartment is beautiful and any issues have been addressed quickly . It is safe and quiet here. Great neighbors! March 6, 2023I have moved a lot for my job, Avana Bellevue has been one of my favorite places to live. It’s safe and clean, I have great neighbors and although it’s so close to everything I need it feels tucked away and quiet at night. Management and maintinence staff have been helpful in every situation. I have a renovated apartment, it is cute with lots of light and outdoor space…and affordable considering the market. Short term lease was helpful when I was moving and not sure of my work plans, I loved it ...here and was happy to resign. Highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
